Why doesn't it connect to my bank?
On purpose. You log what happens, so you stay in charge of your own numbers and there are no bank logins to lose.

Chat or voice isn't answering.
Check your connection and try again. If it keeps happening, email us.

How do I get my data out?
Account, then "Download my data".

How do I delete my account?
Account, then "Delete my account". It removes everything right away.
